On successful review of the form data (usually within 24 hours) we will email you a URL, a Usename and Password for you to use to download the demo. The password will be valid until the following Sunday so please perform the download as soon as you can.

Note: if your software will not permit you to SUBMIT this form, please print it out. Then please fax the completed form to TDS at 212-556-0036. On reciept of your faxed form we will email the link for accessing the demos.
